Job Profile :

Altsiource Asset Management Corporation through its fully owned subsidiary FINSIGHT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in India is looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager for its Direct Marketing efforts. The candidate will be solely responsible for designing campaigns,

developing, and implementing strategies that promote our company's offerings. Applicants must have working knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Content Marketing, Video Marketing, Social Media marketing. Candidate with knowledge of tools such as SEMRush, Ubersuggest, google webmaster, wordpress SEO is an added advantage.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Managing multiple campaigns using traditional, e.g., direct mail and digital, Paid Search, Organic Search, Paid Social, Google Ad Network, Meta (Facebook) and Linked In

- Focused on driving optimization for cost per lead / cost per converted lead . very focused on setting up and right analytical framework.

- Managing internal web properties, landing pages and integration with sales lead nurturing systems like SFDC and/or Pardot.

- Establishing systemized internal approval's structure including marketing, sales, operations, webmaster and legal

- Managing external agency relationships including the construction of campaign briefs, budget review and approvals

- Managing day to day marketing budgets in close coordination with AAMC finance team

Result Areas:

- Designing presentations & Social Media Contents:

- Ability to use tools like canva to design powerful images, presentations, carousels, social media contents.

Google Ads Management:

- Experience of defining attractive google ad campaigns for effective lead generation. Working knowledge of google adwords admin panel, costing/ bidding/ budgeting strategy is desirable. Landing Page Management:

- Ability to define/ conceptualize landing page to generate leads from organic, paid advertisements Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

Email campaigns:

- Conceptualizing, getting the right database, designing and sending out emailers. Designing email campaign series for existing leads/ prospects.

Analytics:

- Web analytics involves analyzing web traffic, social media analytics and analyzing these numbers to reduce bounce rate and optimize the pages for optimum results.

Content Writing

You will need to understand the basics of content writing for the company website, social media requirements, and blogs. Identify new topics/ contents to drive traffic, interest for company's products and services. Work in collaboration with content writers/ bloggers to get professional contents. Ability to review contents from SEO point of view. Ability to perform competitor analysis in terms of content gaps, ideas, keywords for content etc.

Videos:

Ability to conceptualize social media videos, video ads, YouTube videos. Work with the team to edit videos with image/ audio/ video effects. Knowledge of video editing tools would be preferred.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. MBA from a reputed college will be preferred.

- At least 7-8 years' experience in digital and direct marketing, preferably in the fintech category.

- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills; must be able to adapt well to a fast paced and constantly changing business environment.

- Experience in a mortgage industry is a plus.

Additional Notes:

Candidates from Bangalore preferred, but not a pre-requisite and Office timings are 12:00 Noon - 9:00 PM
