Job Title- Manager / Sr Manager - Marketing, Adhesives
Function -Marketing
Direct Reporting to- Head - Marketing
Job Location - Delhi/NCR
JOB PURPOSE
Develop and manage the complete lifecycle of respective adhesive portfolio ; lead the planning and deployment of annual marketing plan for the portfolio ; create expansion in new territories and develop new products ; work with sales and other stakeholders to ensure revenue and market share objectives are met, in line with company's overall strategy and goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the current, respective portfolio of adhesives with execution of 4Ps.
- Steer a wide range of Brand Building Activities, including digital, in the adhesive portfolio along with relevant innovations in the space.
- Planning and execution of A&P Spends for the portfolio.
- Full ownership of the portfolio P&L upto Net Contribution.
- Identification of white spaces and development of new products, pricing, packaging, communication and GTM.
- To be a repository of knowledge from a product functionality / application perspective for the respective portfolio.
- Managing and leading cross functional team of Supply Chain, R&D, Production for deployment of various projects on Consumer Promotions, Cost reduction, Packaging innovation etc.
- Influencer Understanding - through regular Carpenter / Contractor contacts for insight generation / feedback and opportunity identification
- Cohesive and collaborative working with Trade Marketing / CRM for development of inputs to drive and deliver on the Sales, Distribution and Market Share objectives.
- Competitive Analysis - Portfolio benchmarking, pricing comparison, Promotions, Trade and Influencer inputs etc.
- Working with the Sales Team and relevant stakeholders for driving topline growth basis Sales Trends / Analysis by geography and SKU mix.
- Dealing with Advertising and Digital agencies for developing Brand communications & Packaging.
- Working up with market research agencies for various research requirements.
- Brief and train the sales team / dealers / contractors on product at sales meetings / carpenter contractor meets.

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications- MBA Marketing
Specific experience- Should have done 2 / 3 yrs of brand management
Overall experience- 6 - 9 years
Target Companies -Adhesives, Paints, FMCG, Influencer Led Categories like Engine Oils etc.
