Job Description :
1. Collect data on consumers, competitors and market to consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
2. Be involved in Corporate strategy / Corporate Advisory, and Presales activities
3. Perform qualitative and quantitative research and consultation on relative RCM markets
4. Understand business objectives and needs of the organization or client to target research
5. Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
6. Remain fully informed on RCM market trends, market sizing, market drivers, challenges and others
7. Gather data on customers, competitors, and market conditions
8. Provide competitive analysis on various companies- market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
9. Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods
10. Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
11. Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
12. Manage the integration of market data (ie Definitive Healthcare) into our CRM (Salesforce) and create reports and dashboards that track our progress against market segment sales pursuit strategies
13. Assist Sales and Client Services with research to support Strategic Account Plans
14. Creates business intelligence from existing customers, lost deal reviews, new hire interviews, analyst data, and announcements/press releases
