Job Description :

- As Manager / Senior Manager M&A, you would be responsible for financial modelling and valuation, providing support to various teams like legal, taxation and tendering to prepare all documentation and close transactions.

Our client is a conglomerate with multiple areas of business and a market leader in various listed businesses in the manufacturing and services space.

Description :

As Manager / Senior Manager M&A, you will report to VP - M&A. Your key responsibilities would be :

1. Ownership of financial model-Ownership in fulfilment of all activities required for tendering / bidding

2. Ownership of diligence as per timeline including satisfactory closure of all counter-party query list

3. Participate and make supporting notes for counter-party / regulatory authority discussion

4. Making notes and update reports on transaction

5. Support contract drafting and cognizance of all important legal clauses including key commercial T&C

6. Organize and support all documentation required for transaction such as valuation certificate, statutory auditor certificate, board notes / agenda / resolutions, declarations etc.

7. One point contact for all CP closing action item

8. Coordinate with project and operation team to design PMI plan and timeline

9. Active participation and facilitation in all PMI related activities

10. Comprehensive understanding on existing / revised regulation and legal standards

Profile :

- As the ideal candidate, you have 4-8 years of experience working in corporate M&A or investment bank as Associate or Analyst focusing purely on M&A.

- Middle & back office profiles will not be shortlisted.

- The role will be based out of Ahmedabad.
