- Liaison with Government Bodies: Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and various government agencies at the local, regional, and national levels.


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key officials to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

- Semi-Government Bodies Engagement: Engage with semi-governmental organizations, industry associations, and regulatory bodies to represent the interests of the organization and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

- Land Acquisition: Manage the process of land acquisition for company projects, including negotiation with landowners, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and corporate policies.

- Licensing and Permitting: Oversee the procurement of necessary licenses, permits, and approvals required for the organization's operations. Coordinate with relevant authorities to expedite the licensing process and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

- Corporate Affairs Management: Handle all aspects related to managing corporate affairs, including but not limited to regulatory compliance, government reporting, policy advocacy, and stakeholder engagement.

- Policy Analysis and Advocacy: Monitor changes in government policies, regulations, and laws relevant to the organization's operations. Analyze the potential impact of such changes and advocate for favorable policies through strategic engagement with policymakers and industry stakeholders.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to regulatory compliance, government relations, and corporate affairs. Develop mitigation strategies and ensure proactive measures are in place to address any issues that may arise.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders. Prepare timely reports and updates for senior manaement on key developments, issues, and opportunities related to liaisoning activities.
