Manager/Senior Manager - Legal - LLB - BFSI

Role Purpose : The Nature Of the Job is to manage the legal aspects of the below mentioned :

- M&A ( buy / Sell - Companies )

- Real Estate

- Commercial Contracts

- Ability to engage with Legal Firms

The Candidate should be well versed with the below mentioned laws :

- Corporate Laws

- Labour Laws

- Environmental Laws

Reports TO : Head - Legal

Experience : 7 - 10 Years [Min 7 Years of Experience in a Law firm is Preferable ]

Qualification : LLB

Key Areas Of Responsibility And Accountability :

- Experience in Drafting, reviewing and negotiating share subscription agreements, shareholders- agreements and other investment related documents.

- Experience in Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts such as lease agreements, license agreements, service agreements etc.

- Experience in Advising on various aspects of the Companies Act 2013 and other legislations that would be relevant to the day to day management of a private limited company

- Experience in Undertaking a legal due diligence exercise.
