Manager/Senior Manager - Legal - LLB

One of our reputed clients is looking for a legal professional having corporate experience. The person should have good communication skills and should be adept in non-litigation areas like

a. Drafting of agreements,

b. Vetting Agreements,

c. Lease deed,

d. License agreements,

e. Arbitration preparation,

f. Conveyance,

g. MoU.

The candidate should have completed LLB and should have 8+ years of post qualification experience. MBA will be an added advantage.
