Manager/Senior Manager - Legal - FMCG

Looking out for Manager/Sr. Manager Legal for a leading FMCG company based out in Mumbai.

The incumbent in this role will be responsible for the following :

- Food Safety and Standard Act and Regulations including Packaging and Labelling Regulations

- Conversant with process for obtaining licenses required for manufacturing and distribution of food products.

- Co-coordinating with regulatory authorities.

- Knowledge about various compliance required under Food Laws and regulations

- Knowledge of Legal Metrology Act and Rules including -Packaged Commodity

- Conversant with laws relating to intellectual property act, obtaining registration of trademarks, maintaining database

Required Skills :

Atleast 7+ years of experience in legal industry in working for FMCG industry.
