Manager/Senior Manager - Legal/Corporate - IT/ITeS

- Strong experience of at least 10-12 years in independently handling contract negotiation and drafting in IT / ITes related industries.

- The key responsibility will be to build strong in-house capability in contracting and reduce outsourcing.

- Candidate should have experience in implementing and driving centralized contract management tools across various verticals and businesses.

- Experience in handling and managing contract compliance, risk mitigation and MIS tools will be highly desirable.

- Cross border experience in negotiation and contracting is a must.

- Should have handled a contracting team of at least 3-4 personnel.

- Some experience in handling FDI related issues, HR / competition / consumer laws and general litigation will be added advantage

Skills & Qualifications :

- Degree or post-graduation in Law from a reputed law school.

- Good Commercial and financial acumen;

- Good verbal & written communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
