Manager/Senior Manager - Legal - BFSI

Position : Manager / Sr. Manager Legal.

Qualification : LLB / CS / MBA.

Job Role :

- Candidate should have an exposure in commercial, trust and banking laws. should be articulate and good in communication skills.

- Candidate should note that strict timelines for delivery of documents have to be adhered to and should be willing to work long hours if required.

Critical Activities :

- Drafting, vetting and execution of Transaction Documents within the timelines set by the Business Development Team /Clients for Debenture issuances, Security Trustee transaction, Project Finance, Securitization, Private Equity & Venture Capital Funds and other products.

- Experience in drafting and vetting of documents. Knowledge of Company law, Trust law and Contract Act. Experience in banking law will be welcome.
