The job profile for will be as under:

- Advising on documentation and queries relating to various business and Products

- To vet and draft security documents such as mortgages, pledges, hypothecation, Guarantees, Counter Guarantees, etc.

- To vet and advise on Escrow Agreement

- To vet Consortium Documentation

- To advise on all legal queries raised by the Business unit on title search report for security creation etc.

- To advise on applicable stamp duty
