- A thorough understanding of commercial laws, labour laws, customs regulations, Industrial Compliances, Competition laws, Advertisement laws, Commercial Contracting and negotiation, Information Technology, IPR, privacy, etc.
- Very good at Planning & Execution of Legal strategies.
- Drive contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process and/or contract execution.
- Supervises and oversees the review, negotiation and drafting of major contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents, as required by the various departments.
- Partner with HR to provide advice on labor and employment laws, drive compliance with these regulations and assist in building sustainable processes.
- Liaising with various government/public authorities and bodies
- Handling lawsuits of the company in coordination with the authorized Lawyer and filing Lawsuits in the Court.
- Studying lawsuits filed by an individual and sending appropriate replies to appropriate authorities.
- Planning, Organizing, and conducting enquiry proceedings as per the statutory requirements.
- Tracking of judgments of various courts and updating the relevant Functions on the trends of the cases and judgements.
- Proactively take various initiatives, develop training programs on business-critical matters/policies, upcoming laws & amendments in thereto and build awareness amongst the stakeholders.
