- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with acute attention to detail
- Self-starting and hands-on skills, innovation, and willingness to work with minimal direct supervision and ready to work on demanding deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to present ideas and concepts clearly to Senior Management and peer groups
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exposure to BI tools is preferable
Preferred Industry: Retail / Banking / Real Estate/ Telecom/ FMCG/Consulting
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely generation of periodic MIS for management reporting, including preparation of relevant dashboards for performance analysis
- Independently handle data collation and quality check
- Manage, prepare, administer, and direct the control of budget. Monitor adherence to approved budgets
- Analysis of different data/market research based on the company's requirement
- Develop and analyze key business drivers and provide insights into the business
- Experience in building ground-up commercial models (preferred)
- Continual improvement of systems, processes, and reporting
- Tracking of key deliverables and dates for each asset and project
- Active engagement in stabilizing leasing processes for mall(s) acquired in the future
- Liaising with retailers and with various internal stakeholders like Design & Fit-out team, Legal, Marketing, Operations and Finance
- Co-ordinate for developing leasing layouts, updating various leasing-related presentations etc.
