- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in leasing

- Experience in reading and interpreting real estate leases, rent rolls including other lease related documents
- Working knowledge of ERP systems/ Salesforce
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with acute diligence
- Well organized and ability to multi-task while keeping track of priorities and maintaining big- picture focus
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and able to collaborate with large team across locations
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. Exposure to data base management systems is preferable

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for implementation of the VTS software (Salesforce equivalent for real estate leasing) across portfolio of 17- 18 malls
- Ensure stabilization of the VTS software across portfolio malls - facilitate training of leasing team, report weekly/monthly progress among others
- Internal champion and single point of contact responsible for efficient day-to-day functioning of the VTS and drive leasing activity conducted through the system and flag any deviations observed from SOP
- Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to customize the VTS system/ dashboards/reports basis business requirements
- Control the system rent rolls/reports in collaboration with property level leasing managers to ensure regular and accurate information available at all times
- Create and maintain system of tracking expiration dates of leases. Critical reminders to the team related to renewals, documentation, among others
- Ensure regular updating of the leasing database by property level leasing managers
- Managing internal audit of the leasing department
- Prepare, administer, and direct the control of the HO leasing budget. Monitor adherence to approved budgets
- All other responsibilities as assigned and associated with the day-to-day operation of retail real estate portfolio
