Position Title: Manager/Senior Manager-Learning & Talent Management

POSITION SUMMARY:
- To work with Learning & Talent Management lead in all learning activities and talent management initiatives for the Group. This position will be part of a team which will be responsible for design, launch and implementation of all learning initiatives across the Group. Will also be part of the team responsible for designing, communicating & implementing talent management initiatives across the Group with the objective of grooming, nurturing and retaining high performing talent across all levels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the launch and implementation of learning initiatives across the Group as per the development needs.
- Design and execute learning interventions aligned with organizational goals, in collaboration with department heads.
- Develop and implement flagship programs for Young Leaders, Advancing Leaders, and Enterprise Leaders across the Group.
- Collaborate with the Learning & TM lead to design and execute talent management initiatives, including competency frameworks, succession planning, Hi-Potential identification, and Individual Development Plans.
- Support initiatives to drive cultural and behavioural change through learning interventions.
- Apply competency frameworks across HR policies and processes, ensuring growth and rewards are linked to competency development.
- Measure learning effectiveness and generate reports/metrics for management.
- Work on the implementation and optimization of LMS/LXP to enhance organizational learning experiences.
- Design and develop digital learning content aligned with organizational needs and learner preferences.
- Partner with stakeholders to align learning technologies with business goals and employee development strategies.
- Lead Compliance Training agenda (POSH) and drive annual return exercise with partners.

- Experience Minimum 5 years in L&D training, or talent development roles
- Experience in L&D in mid / large organization.
Industry: Any
- Education PGDBM, MBA or equivalent Human Resources, OD or related field
- Training Design & Delivery
- Proficient in instructional design, adult learning principles
- Experience with e-learning platforms and blended learning methods
- Stakeholder management Strong communication & collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and senior leadership Ability to manage internal & external stakeholder
- Innovation & Change Management Ability to implement innovative learning solutions Experience in managing organizational change through learning programs
Technology Proficiency:
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, HRIS and other learning tools
- Knowledge of emerging L&D technologies (AI -based learning, VR training etc)
- Data Analysis and Evaluation
- Ability to assess training effectiveness and impact on performance
- Experience with L&D analytics tools and platforms
- Budget Management Experience in managing L&D budgets and cost control
- Experience in ROI measurement for L&D
