- Leading the L&D Team for units
- Accountable for entire L&OD interventions including TNI, Design, Develop, Delivery, Vendor management, TTT, MIS and preparing annual budgets & training calendar
- Conceptualizing & implementing need-based process modifications such as development of material, modules and processes of training after thorough analysis to enhance operational efficiency and optimize resource utilization
- Coordinating with the clients for understanding the issues and offering an appropriate solution for cementing healthy business relations
- Interfacing with Process Managers to understand all necessary aspects and needs of training, and ensuring they are fully informed of the training and development objectives, purposes and achievements
- Measuring training outcomes, conducting Train The Trainer, Pre/Post Assessments & Pilot Exercises, and reviewing the quality of new curriculum for modification and budget alignment
- Formulating comprehensive strategy to manage program delivery and organizational adoption, talent development, and leadership effectiveness to continuously improve/mitigate risk around training initiatives
- Developing training roadmaps for executives based on job-based capability requirements in-line with the organizational strategy
- Deploying a structured talent review process to drive succession planning, job rotations, and stretch assignments for leadership retention and upward mobility
