Objective
The talent and learning vertical in with our client is poised for rapid growth to cater to new and evolving business needs, in a creative and people-dominated industry. Given the small size of the team, the candidate is a critical member in both the thinking and execution aspects of the job, often handling from strategizing to implementation of programmes and hence requires high ownership and decision making skills. The candidate will have to work closely with senior and middle management, business leaders and employees. Business understanding, communication, people skills, solution-orientation and agility are critical
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end management of key training initiatives including the Corporate Induction, email-based learning modules, online learning and open workshops
Creating communication, managing calendar, providing reports and updates for all initiatives
Work closely with L&D Head to manage longer duration workshops, including for identified top talent
Speak with business on learning needs and find appropriate partners to work with to address the same
Work with management on special projects and devising appropriate learning programmes
Device and deploy learning driven engagement programmes with speakers, authors etc
Experience
6 to 10 years , Exposure to global business / people management / learning and talent in a multinational., MBA from a premier B School
