Key Responsibilities:
- Finalize the functional learning plan (subjects and target audiences) for each team through Annual Training Need discussion with the Function Heads and Updating the List of Key Subjects
- Where the need is very specific, to select external programs and manage nominations of resources by seeking approvals from appropriate authority (a separate policy for this needs to be made)
- Calendarize the program basis content availability
- Identify the source of content and work with the content owner to create trainable content (videos, ppts, quizzes, etc.). This might require the support of external vendors, specially for content creation.
- Development of Specific Content wherever there is a gap from internal sources with the support of external partners/ vendors.
- Selection of guest speakers, wherever required with the help of Chief L&D/ CHRO
- Generate feedback from participants and Function head on efficacy of the program.
Experience & Skill:
- Good HR knowledge, L&D zeal.
- Proficient in MSEXCEL, Power-Point, Analytics
- Should have handled a team size of 2-3 team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Technical Skills (EXCEL, Power-Point)
- Experience in Digital Sales and Marketing
