Manager / Sr. Manager - Learning & Development (L&D)
The right candidate will come with:
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: 06 - 10 years in L&D activities.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Identify learning and development needs and develop solutions that drive business results.
- Design, program manage, and evaluate impactful learning solutions, including e-learning, classroom training, on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Experience in learning solutions through feedback, metrics, and evaluation methods.
- Experience in various learning and development programs.
- Manage all aspects of the learning and development delivery agenda, including scheduling, logistics, budget, and vendor management.
- End-to-end delivery of learning and development programs, including project management, communication, and change management.
- Manage all aspects of the learning and development delivery agenda, including project management, budget management, and vendor management.
- Strong in conceptualizing activities in L&D.
- Good at setting up a Centre of Excellence (CoE) and should have experience in this area.
- Should have come from reputed organizations like AYLP or any other learning universities.
- Must have handled PMS.
