Key Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Formulate the learning & development strategy for the organization ensuring alignment with Business needs and designing the L&D landscapes.
- Formulate processes for identification of training needs of employees with specific focus on current and future business needs of the organization.
- Formulate strategies and processes for delivering training to employees as per identified Needs.
- Identify and adopt best practices in learning and development Techniques so as to ensure building a learning culture at PI.
- Leadership Training program, Senior Leadership Videos and liaison with B Schools for running corporate programs etc.
- Act as a Project Manager and drive the LMS module in SF Operational Training Budgets
- Prepare training budget for organization and seek approval from Head HR. Training Needs Assessment & Training Calendar
- Identify training needs for employees for all business units as per laid down process.
- Develop Business Unit specific training calendars based on identified training needs.
Training Content / Tools :
- Develop content for new training programs, testing and evaluation procedures for measuring training effectiveness.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials to aid training implementation.
- Develop, improve & implement tools for measuring post training effectiveness of imparted training.
- Guide Business HR on development of business specific learning interventions.
- Develop E-learning Modules post consultation with Business Heads.
Implementation :
- Implement training calendar by coordinating employee nomination process and managing the program logistics including necessary approvals.
- Identify, empanel and build a network of trainers, content designers; executive coaches for specific / need based learning interventions.
- Develop specific L&D modules and programs on high potential leadership development, performance feedback & coaching skill set.
- Ensure timely completion of training process audits with training records.
Learning Tools & Technology:
- Develop Implementation road map and ensure effective implementation of Learning Tools & Technology (LMS / E-Learning etc).
- Collaborate with various agencies/ vendors to roll out digital learning.
MIS & Reporting :
- Design & implement MIS & dashboard to report relevant metrics for learning & development programs
Financial:
- Negotiate best rates with external vendors/consulting firms to support L&D initiatives.
- Effectively implement all L&D initiatives within allocated budgets across PI.
People:
- Lead professional learning & development by attending internal / external trainings.
- Conduct performance assessments& provide feedback on strengths & development areas to team members
- Conduct periodic performance coaching and counseling for resolving team concerns and enhancing performance.
