The Primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement effective learning and talent management programs and initiatives to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees within the organization. Also as an Organizational Development Specialist, his/her main role is to facilitate and drive positive change within the organization. He/she will work closely with various stakeholders.
Learning & Development :
- Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with HODs and locational HR to identify learning and development needs based on organizational goals and individual performance gaps.
- Program Design and Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and multimedia resources, using instructional design principles.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and interactive learning content, such as presentations, videos, simulations, and assessments, to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions using various delivery methods, including classroom training, virtual sessions, workshops, and webinars, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and learner engagement.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Set up and Manage the organization's learning management system, including course setup, registration, tracking, and reporting on training progress and completion rates.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs, collect feedback from participants, and make continuous improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
- Training Coordination: Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, equipment arrangement, and participant communication.
Talent Management:
- Talent Management: Collaborate with HR to design and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, performance management, and employee retention initiatives.
Succession Planning:
- Succession Planning: Design and deliver development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of current and future leaders. Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams to promote leadership growth and effectiveness.
