Job Responsibilities :
- Training and motivating the sales team and helping them achieve goal resulting in sales growth
- Traveling to showrooms across India to conduct skill training sessions
- Conducting leadership development training and analyzing the effectiveness of the same
- Executing offline and online training programs for brand building, presentation, and grooming of retail employees
- Connect with stakeholders in different functions of the organization to conduct a Training Needs Analysis
- Mapping competencies and drafting a competency dictionary for various profiles
- Preparing training MIS and reports
- Developing content and designing workshops
- Preparing or updating SOPs and Process Maps based on BU requirements
Job Requirements :
- At least one stint in the retail industry / FMCG / Consumer durables / BFSI or any other fast-moving organizations
At least 5 years of experience in working / or leading an L&D Team. Exposure to other areas in HR will be an added advantage
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Proven team management skills
Qualifications :
- MBA in HR (Full-time)
