The purpose of the role is to support and manage the implementation of the following portfolios:
- Talent Management initiatives across the organization as per guidelines in order to facilitate achievement of the function objective.
- To support the behavioural learning and development team in identifying learning needs across sales and non-sales functions in the area of behavioural and leadership development to build a culture of learning
1. Design and implement manager development programs on Inclusion, Virtual Interviewing etc.
2. Implement and drive TARA programs at the unit level
3. Work with business partners to drive focus on D&I
4. Track D&I metrics and ensure execution of unit-level plans
5. Create and implement plans on Senior leadership engagement and communication for internal and external use.
6. Work with senior leaders and business partners to build a strong and visible social media plan.
Support the design and execution of internal Development Assessment Centres :
1. Propose and draft design of DAC tools for various internal roles across the organization basis a detailed understanding of the role requirements and challenges faced - Build a culture of internal assessment
2. Support the creation of a bank of tools for frequently-occurring DACs
3. Assist in the implementation of Development Assessment Centres with effective liaising with Line HR, participants, Line Managers, assessors and vendors, starting with ensuring participants meet defined eligibility criteria, completion of pre-DAC exercises, setting up of DAC material, handover to assessors and collecting and maintaining accurate documentary records.
4. Conduct frequent assessments of usability and effectiveness of the DAC tools and process through feedback from concerned stakeholders (assessors and participants) with the objective of improving the process and making it more robust.
5. Connect with Hi- Pos to complete the DAC process and ensure the Top Talent of the organization goes through the Leadership Development Process
