Position :
Experience : 7-16 yrs in Learning And Development Role
Education : MBA - From good institute
Role & Responsibilities :
- Coordinating and facilitating the identification of training needs.
- Maintaining skill inventory of employees in the organisation, identifying skill gaps in the organisation, developing training modules based on the skill gaps identified and co-ordinating with internal stakeholders and external trainers for the delivery.
- Responsible for appropriate intervention for employees and managers at different stage of employee life cycle, Executive leadership development along with Executive and Talent coaching agenda
- Work and contribute towards learning strategy in line with business and Talent strategies
- Collaborate with the various business leaders to understand and fill the learning/skill gaps
- Work with external partner for necessary training programs and ensure delivery of high standards.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing and related developments
- Keep in touch with latest knowledge of effective learning and development methods and bring it to application for the benefit of functions and stakeholders.
