Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and and areas of development
- Adept at conducting and analyzing training needs analysis
- Build Competency framework
- Translate requirements into training programs to develop employees for the next step of their career path / to enhance overall performance in the existing role
- Build customized content for the workforce basis the Training Needs
- Develop & Deliver instructional materials, aids and manuals
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
- Acclimatize new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
- Deliver training programs- Must be an excellent facilitator especially on soft skills: PeopleManagement , Communication , Presentation Skills
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes - Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
- Drive learning and development throughout the organization
- Open to travel globally for delivering training programs
- Oversee and review training needs assessment; engage with stakeholders to understand the future talent needs of the organization
- Review the annual training calendar for the organization.
