Position - Manager
Experience & Education: MBA (any discipline) or graduation in fields such as Psychology is beneficial with 5-8 years of experience
Role summary:
- Work with the COE lead to design Leadership Development Solutions (grounds-up) and build organization interventions that foster change & learning.
- Translate business goals into coherent learning agenda that encompasses individuals, groups and the larger organization
- Develop frameworks and content for leadership development as well as for other capability building modules
- Construct and administer mechanism/forums/tools that enable assessing effectiveness of interventions
- Manage governance aspects (reporting, communication and dashboards) for various initiatives
- Competencies & attributes required for excellence in the role:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in developing content, designing organization interventions and managing capability-building or change initiatives.
- Experience in allied activities such as identifying development needs, facilitating sessions, analytics will be welcome.
General Requirements:
The role will call for a specialist focus (keen understanding of how learning happens, organization development and leadership theories), analytical reasoning (crafting hypotheses, identifying cause and effect linkages) and action orientation (translating ideas to activities, reviewing progress and being hands-on)
