Manager/Senior Manager - Lead - Knowledge Management - Premium Apparel Brand

We have an opportunity with one of India's most premium apparel brand.

PFB JD for the role:

JD - Lead- Knowledge Management ( Manager/Sr Manager )

The person will be responsible for creating content & Technology based learning:

- To build a Knowledge Management strategy

- Identifying and implementing a Learning Management System (LMS) for employees

- To introduce mobile based learning for the Sales & Retail staff

- To develop a comprehensive curriculum structure, training and certification framework, measurement and maintenance process for knowledge tracking and management largely for Retail & Sales staff

- To develop the Training & Certification content, maintenance standards and scalable delivery platforms (for example eLearning and class-room based training) to support roll-out to our retail stores.

- Create Training SOP's & Manual

The person should-

- Have extensive experience in instructional design using various learning methodologies in large organization

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Preferably some experience in Technology based learning like LMS, Mobile etc. Experience in creating blogs, wikkis, microsite would be a bonus.

- From Best in the industry

- Minimum 9-13 yrs. of experience with 6 years of experience in building training content. Also experience in various other tools like flash, Photoshop, articulate, adobe captivate etc.

- Mandate- certification in instructional design.
