THE ROLE BRIEF:
Job Role: Manager or Sr Manager - Key Accounts
Job Level: Manager
Reporting to: Head Cluster Manager
Job Location: Multiple Location (Delhi - NCR, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Goa)
Qualification:
- 8-14 years of experience handling High End Key Accounts preferably in Liquor/ FMCG industry.
Summary:
- This is a sales position with a consultative approach aimed at building the premium Portfolio knowledge, awareness and adoration.
- This position will be the driving force for the customers, Bar staff and Beer communities creating a network of champions.
- Along with brand managers, they shall identify, develop and manage local marketing strategies and activities delivering special events with extraordinary experience to consumers.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure execution of the selected group of accounts as per the brand and marketing strategy.
- Partner with the Brand and Trade marketing team to identify, liaise and execute the accounts as per the experiential focused sales activities.
- Build relationships across accounts and Route to market to ensure achievement of all the commercial metrics.
- Ensure secondary sales and availability across brands in the accounts as per growth plan.
- Manage operational relationship with these premium accounts
- Develop and execute key account strategy for defined set of key accounts with primary responsibility for sales and driving Key account relationships
- Develop plan at the divisional level for Key accounts in collaboration with the Brand strategy team.
