- To support the Lead - PMS during Annual Performance Review by ensuring successful implementation and closure of annual Performance Review
- Drive annual goal setting process and ensure goals are created for all employees as per defined standards and within the timeline
- Support the HR team members to create proposals on Organization Design for senior management discussion and approvals
- Study the business structures through internal external benchmarks, study of span and layer and provide key insights to stakeholders
- Provide data insights on performance to key stakeholders to take data based decisions
- Go to person for HR teams on all matters related to PMS, JAE and OD
- Work with HRMS team on data managements and process adherence on Performance Management, Position Management, Organization structure
- HR process digitalization with support from technology partner and IT team
