Manager/Senior Manager - IRDA Compliance - NBFC

Job Role: Team Member - IRDA Compliance - NBFC

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our Compliance Team.

Key Requirements:

- Ensure complete adherence to IRDAI, SEBI and RBI regulations

- Partner with teams and assist in implementing policies, systems, or controls to reduce risk

- Responsible for dissemination of the regulatory notifications and ongoing monitoring of implementation

- To provide compliance guidance and advisory to various functions on applicable laws and regulations, queries, ethics, and internal standards

- To review new products, insurance products and related documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of IRDAI

- Maintaining filing system of IRDAI Reporting

- Well versed knowledge on the Code of Conduct and compliance obligations checklist relating to IRDAI

- Use routine audits and testing to identify potential compliance risks relating to regulatory obligations

- Preparing presentations for the Board and KMPs

- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes across IRDAI, SEBI, RBI

Experience: 8-11 years experience
