Manager / Sr Manager - Investor Relation & FPA - Manufacturing Industry

Job Description:

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators):

1) Investor Reporting & Relations:

- Board Review Presentations.

- External (Public) & Internal (Group / Horizontal) Communication.

- Competition Tracking.

2) Fund Raising & Valuation:

- Support the team in private fund-raising opportunities.

- Lead the process operationally & strategically.

- Be the external face of the company to investors.

3) Decision Support & Business Finance:

- Management Reporting for the leadership team.

- Business Cases & M&A Opportunity Evaluation.

- Developing internal MIS for organizational performance.

Educational Background and Work Experience:

Candidates with:

- Education: MBA-Finance ( Full Time )

- Experience Tenure: 3 to 6 years

- Experience Field: Investor Relations, Equity Research, FP&A, Business Finance

- Expertise Required: Presentation & Communication Skills, Excel Modelling & PowerPoint skills.
