Manager/Senior Manager - Investor Relations - BFS/BPO

About the Role:

Manager/Senior Manager - investor relation, will provide support of all investor relations activities in order to enhance the company image and increase shareholder value. This position will be responsible for assisting the CFO with investor relations strategies and investor presentations/decks and manage the creation of the company Monthly/Quarterly/annual reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing equity investors for routine matters such as MIS, basic Q&A and such other.

- Can keep a tab on peers and their results, market events, deals intel (not just published, but also in the making).

- Maintaining regular communication with investors for Q&A and DD during equity raise rounds and ensuring investor queries and information requirements are addressed.

- Exposure during the capital raising process including involvement in execution of the transaction documents.

- Manage internal stakeholder relationships across various HODs to ensure timely and smooth flow of information needed for investor decks and other deliverables such as management Briefing Sheets, feedback report, monthly/quarterly investor relations updates, shareholding changes and updates.

- Preparation of materials for the Board, Investors, and other stakeholders i.e. internal and external.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years of experience dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investors.

- MBA with good understanding of finance. Should be ideally from a startup in fintech/tech space or from an investment bank that works for tech/Start-ups and who has experience of raising equity and dealing with equity investors.

- Excellent at making presentations with clarity of thought about the right messaging, ability to articulate the same in a succinct manner and support with data / intel.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages (Especially Presentation - Excel skills).
