Position Purpose: The role involves investigating complaints and cases across various domains including Digital Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Code of Conduct, and Cheating cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations and inquiries into cases related to all products, including adherence to the Code of Conduct.
- Prepare comprehensive Investigation Reports detailing findings and recommendations.
- Undertake field visits as necessary for investigations and inquiries.
- Collaborate with all departments and sections within the bank to gather relevant information and data.
- Coordinate with external offices, government agencies, police, and authorities during the course of investigations.
- Handle additional tasks as required by the business or department head.
- Analyze trends and patterns in complaints and cases to identify systemic issues.
- Provide actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence of investigated incidents.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices relevant to investigations.
- Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure investigative procedures comply with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
