Manager/Senior Manager - Investigative Data Analytics - Forensic Technology Solutions

Required :

- 13 or more years of data analytics experience of which at least 5 years in a consulting or client-service environment. Working in a team providing forensic/investigative data analysis or similar services will be considered a distinct advantage.

- Experience working in a supervisory or management capacity, including delegating tasks, managing people, and being accountable for the quality of the team's work.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate time-critical delivery teams. A can do attitude including a willingness to roll up your sleeves to help get the job done.

- Strong understanding of data analytics, including relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.), ad hoc analytics, data visualization (Tableau, Spotfire, D3.js, etc.), and reporting.

- Well-rounded technical intuition and a willingness to develop creative solutions to problems.

- A demonstrable attention to detail and focus on quality.

- Interest in mentoring team members and encouraging a high-performance culture.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (including written and verbal communication skills).

- Prior experience working in an onshore / offshore delivery model with at least 6 months spent working abroad.

- Prior experience managing teams in delivering data analytics, reporting, or related services.

Strong problem solving skills :

- The candidate should be able to provide examples of prior problem solving where they applied data analytics skills.

- Willingness to travel onsite to a client if required.

- Ability to learn new tools and technologies if required.

Preferred :

- Prior experience working in the crisis management / incidence response / forensic technology space.

- An understanding of and experience analyzing ERP data sources, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data.

- Interest in innovating and taking an entrepreneurial approach when appropriate.

- An understanding of new trends in data analytics and data science, including tools, concepts and applications.

- An understanding of scripting and/or programming languages (for example, Python, Ruby, Java, VBA, Perl, VB / C# .NET)

- Basic understanding of financial, banking and/or accounting concepts.

- Prior experience delivering an innovative solution outside of what was required and requested from their role.

- Prior experience working in an Agile / Scrum delivery model preferred
