Manager / Sr. Manager - International Business Development (finished formulations - Europe & Latin America)
Purpose:
The candidate should be a dynamic individual to take over the role of International Business Development to expand business and customer base. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective business development strategy.
Qualification: M. Pharm / M.Sc. and added advantage with MBA.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients in EUROPE and in the LATAM market.
- Strong focus on identifying business development opportunities for the Company in EUROPE and in the LATAM market region;
- Manage and execute the business development strategy and implement tactical plans to help meet and exceed the Performance Metrics set by the company.
- Researching, initiating and executing plans to develop partnerships with the customers, partners
- Maintain a strong development pipeline according to the company's strategy.
- Using present relationships with many internal teams to ensure contracted products are executed on-time and as agreed.
- Must be abreast with any updates within the regions and market.
- The candidate must have a prior pharmaceutical finished formulations experience and must have excellent track record of business development in the region.
