Manager/Senior Manager - Internal Audit - Retail
Job Responsibilities -
- Global Audit Services auditors communicate and interact with all levels of management and associates within the company in order to serve the company's overall goals and needs. In addition, auditors participate in the evaluation of processes and procedures with the purpose of eliminating inefficiencies and recommending improvements. Global Audit Services involves exposure to operational, financial, compliance, and strategic audit projects that add value to the company
- Managers use their knowledge of a customer's business process to lead teams on projects. They train other team members on proper audit methodology, technical skills, store operations and project management. They are required to build relationships and seek involvement with other parts of the business outside of Audit function to further build their career experiences
Experience - 5-8 years in Retail / FMCG experience (preferred) / Consulting
Education -
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Commerce
- Chartered Accountant
- CIA or CISA (preferred)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE -
- Five to Eight years of prior audit or industry-related experience
- Proven team and leadership experience
- Retail / FMCG experience (preferred)
- Experience in using audit tools like Team Mate, ACL, IDEA etc
- Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Access and audit software preferred
