Manager/Senior Manager - Internal Audit - IT

We are looking for your candidature for an opening with one of our Leading Client.

The Key Job Responsibilities include the following :

- Monitors and ensures that engagements are carried out in accordance with agreed methodology and are consistent with/meet the engagement objectives (depending on the nature of the assignment i.e. SOX/IA/Investigation)

- Reviews Audit Planning activities and finalizes engagement scope

- Liaise with management on the planned audit in such areas as timing of audit, area of coverage, identified issues, their concerns, etc.

- Lead fraud or special investigations/special reviews and projects as requested by Management and/or the Audit Committee/Board

- Performing advanced, specialized and/or managerial auditing work in multiple disciplines. Responsible for managing complex audits; performing critical project management duties in the planning, scheduling, coordinating, reviewing and reporting of the work of audit teams; and providing expertise in auditing standards and performance criteria, audit requirements and information technology skills

- Planning, assigning and supervising the daily activity and work of other auditors

- Developing and maintaining productive client and staff relationships

- Teaching, training and coaching staff on performance / development

- Developing procedures, schedules, priorities, and programs for achieving audit objectives and goals

- Support in periodic reporting to Audit committee including information on the status of the audit plan, sufficiency of resources in the department and summarizing results of key audit findings

- Prepares quality presentations in respect of internal audit engagements and internal audit function

- Preparing complex audit reports using advanced writing skills

- Using project management tools to oversee project progress

- Coordinate audit activities with external / co-sourced internal auditors to ensure proper audit coverage, elimination of duplication of effort, and improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of audit activities

- Performing other duties as assigned
