Job Description: Senior Auditor

Overview:

- The Senior Auditor will play a crucial role in conducting operational and financial analyses, participating in discussions, and executing audits as per the Audit Plan.

- This position aims to provide assurance, identify areas of improvement, and add value in Systems, Controls, and Governance domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple audits concurrently, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout each audit cycle.

- Develop a robust understanding of the Group's diverse businesses and operations.

- Cultivate strong working relationships with auditees to facilitate information gathering, issue resolution, and audit completion.

- Thoroughly document audit procedures, findings, and recommendations.

- Identify, communicate, and resolve audit-related issues promptly, maintaining organized progress updates.

- Supervise, train, and mentor Auditors and Audit Trainees, fostering professional growth and development.

- Establish effective work schedules using advanced audit management techniques.

- Effectively lead and manage a team of auditors, ensuring cohesive and efficient audit execution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification preferred.

- 5 years of experience in auditing, financial analysis, or related fields.

- Proven experience managing audits and leading audit teams.

- Strong understanding of audit methodologies and practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
