Job Role : Manager/Senior Manager - Insights
Preferred Experience : 5-7 years in insights roles within the FMCG, Durable, or Building Material sectors.
Job Purpose : Serve as a key Insights partner for cross-functional teams by bringing the consumer and customer perspective and integrating it with strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities and Actions :
Plan and Execute Research Projects :
- Lead and collaborate on market-focused insights using appropriate methodologies and workshops.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of relevant quantitative and qualitative research activities.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights to inform marketing and branding decisions.
Generate Consumer and Market Information :
- Identify and convert customer and market needs into actionable marketing programs to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
- Champion the Consumer Voice program, extracting actionable insights for product strategy, media mix, marketing communications, and content.
- Produce macro trends at the category/industry level and end-consumer trends through social listening.
