Position Name : Manager/Sr. Manager - IR
Location : Angul (Odisha)
Reports to : Head HR
Qualification : M.B.A./PGDM (HR / IR)
Main Purpose: Manage and ensure implementation of IR practices and labour issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in resolving IR issues.
- Experience in handling union management relations.
- Grievance handling
- Implementing HR policies at plant level
- Well conversant with Labour laws
- Dealing with Registered Employee Union as well as Contractor Labour Union.
- Day to day dealings with local public.
- Day to day grievances in relates to the employee and contract labour.
- Handle Labour cases.
- Statutory compliance management.
- Labour grievances redressal management.
- Contract labour management & preparing MIS.
- Monitoring the statutory compliances of contractors & giving guideline as required
- Liaising with Govt. officials (Labour Commissioner, ALC, DLO, LEO, Boilers & Factories, RTO & Police, Municipality and Medical Etc.)
- Managing accident issue & providing compensation as per law
- All the welfare action nearby the plant areas.
