JD :
Reporting into the Plant Head the roles & responsibilities will include :
- Working with the leadership to manage the plant HR activities
- Participating with the leadership team in project planning and execution
- Manpower planning and budgeting to attract the right talent to fill key positions within a stipulated time frame
- Ensuring the successful launch of the plant by liaising with all external authorities to ensure legal & statutory compliance
- Creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR
- Talent Acquisition, T&D, Performance Management, Organization Design, Talent Management and Industrial Relations.
Candidate Requirement :
- Education - MBA . MSW . MLS
- 14-17 years of experience in a Plant HR role in a Manufacturing set up
- Managed IR in your past roles and can smoothly handle discussions with Multiple unions & Contract laborers
- Excellent communication & people management skills
- Should be fluent in Kannada as a language.
