Qualifications: LLB/LLM, MBA (LLB/LLM A MUST )
Experience : 10-15 years

Duties & Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities in compliance :
- Ensuring 100% compliance in all the Branches, Regional / Zonal & Head offices of under all the applicable Employment & Labour Laws.
- Complying with the statutory provisions of employment laws and completion of compliance activities in compliance module.
- Adhering to the labour legislations / principles of natural justice / SOP while dealing with the issues.
- Ensuring closure of all compliance & disciplinary issues within stipulated timelines.
- Drafting of various compliance related letters.
- MIS & presentations
Major Responsibilities in Disciplinary :
- Handling the disciplinary cases
- Dealing with unauthorised absenteeism.
- Adhering to labour regulations/ principles of natural justice/ SOP while dealing with issues.
- Drafting of disciplinary letters, viz., show cause, warning, suspension, termination, etc.
- Guiding regional/zonal team on conducting disciplinary inquiry & proceedings
- Conducting trainings to educate committee members & employees on disciplinary proceedings
- Coordination with internal & external stake holders.
- MIS & presentations
