Manager/Senior Manager - Imported Fruits

Job Profile:

- Over all responsibility to manage Fresh Fruits

- Well versed with importing fruits and selling them in India

- Manage and develop sales support to staff

- Respond to customer complaints or inquiries, and solicit customer feedback and input

- Track and monitor employees performance against set KPIs

- Ensure permanent contact with the suppliers to ensure products availability & sustainability

- Maximising sales through effective merchandising and marketing

Candidate's Profile:

- Deep understanding of category terminology, market trends and industry standards.

- 7-12 years experience in buying and selling of imported fruits in India

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Outstanding negotiation skills with proven track record of successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
