Manager/Senior Manager - Human Resources Strategy - NBFC
Key Responsibilities:
1. Annual Operating Plan (AOP): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
2. Manpower Budgeting: Lead the manpower budgeting process, working closely with department heads to forecast staffing needs, analyze trends, and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
3. Attrition Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of attrition trends, identify key drivers, and propose retention strategies.
4. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market dynamics, and best practices in HR. Conduct market research to benchmark our HR strategies against industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
5. HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to extract meaningful insights from data. Develop and maintain key HR metrics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
6. Presentation Skills: Effectively communicate HR strategies, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership through clear and compelling presentations. Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to facilitate decision-making.
