We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Head to lead our Human Resources department. The HR Head will play a crucial role in developing and executing HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals and create a high-performance work environment.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Design and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Performance Management:
- Lead the development and execution of performance management programs, including goal setting, regular feedback, performance reviews, and career development plans.
- Identify opportunities for improving employee performance and productivity.
Organizational Development:
- Design and implement organizational development initiatives to enhance team effectiveness, leadership capabilities, and employee engagement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through training programs and opportunities.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Promote a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair treatment and equal opportunities.
- Create and implement engagement initiatives to boost employee morale and satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Collaborate with finance to develop competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain high-performing employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with industry best practices.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's practices remain compliant.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on key HR performance indicators.
Change Management:
- Lead HR efforts during periods of organizational change, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (X+ years) in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
