Manager/ Sr. Manager - HR (Payroll, Comp & Ben) with a Leading Furniture Brand
1. To Manage payroll processing function involving computation of salaries, attendance, leave, fixed & variable entitlements and filing of income tax, PF, TDS, Gratuity
2. Designing the remuneration structure in alignment of compliances like bonus, minimum wages, gratuity, superannuation etc.
3. Process deduction such as PF contribution employees share, ESI contribution employees share, professional tax, gratuity, leave or advance / loan recovery, leave without pay, IT TDS.
4. Co-ordinate with Consultant & Vendors for timely payment of PF, PT, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity & Superannuation etc.
5. Monitor adherence to Statutory Regulations & Compliance with various Governmental Agencies.
6. Coordinating with accounts team, providing the payroll inputs and checking the final salary register files before processing the salary
7. Reviewing the statutory requirements and incorporating those changes as per the laws
8. Manage employee benefits and compensation
9. Formulating the MIS, Managing regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
10. Preparing the compensation files basis the eligibility of the employees for yearly appraisals, Performance reviews of all the employees
11. Process full and final settlement of separation cases
12. Responsible for managing HR Audit.
