Job Description :
- Developing and supporting the organisation of internal and external events designed to celebrate and support the company beliefs, values and culture.
- Building and maintaining employer brand and marketing campaigns from conception to implementation. This includes digital, social, and traditional media initiatives.
- Facilitating internal communications from global teams.
Job Requirements :
1. Excellent verbal and written communication, experience with social media is a plus (copywriting, blogs, articles etc.)
2. Self-starting, resilient attitude with an ability to work cross-functionally and understand the pulse and culture of the business.
3. Experience in using business metrics and KPIs to measure success and ensure efficiencies in your function.
4. Computer literate, with the willingness to learn and embrace new software and skills.
5. Knowledge of employer brand social media including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Glassdoor is a plus.
6. 4+ year experience in an HR, internal communications or organizational behavior
