About Role :
An HR Business Partner is a professional who provides HR guidance, analyzes metrics, resolves employee relations issues, and works with management to improve work relationships and productivity. They act as consultants, aligning HR practices with business goals.
Responsibilities :
1. Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
2. Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department.
3. Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
4. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
5. Provide HR policy guidance.
6. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
7. Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
8 Evaluate training programs.
9. Suggest new HR strategies.
