Purpose: Manage the L&D + Employee Engagement function and support in effective implementation of various talent management initiatives for Manufacturing Unit .
Challenges of the role:
- Maintaining value proposition to the business through continuous learning interventions
- LET Compliance as per the TNI.
- Taking care of all Employee Engagement activities for Site.
- Efficient utilization of simulation/online L&D modules and interventions.

- Training Identification
- Support in Talent Management initiatives
- On boarding
- Confirmation Process
- Competency / Skill
- Assessment of DETs & AOCP fresher's
Decision Making Boundaries:
- Finalize training plan/calendar in discussion with HODs & reporting manager
- Recommend / Identification of trainers
- Decisions related to execution and administrative arrangements for trainings
- Decisions related to execution of talent management initiatives in consultation with reporting manager
