As the person responsible for end to end HR, your focus would be to
- Define & sustain a culture that makes us the employer-of-choice
- Design & develop cutting edge practices across core hr areas of talent acquisition, talent management, talent engagement, talent development & talent retention
- Define and implement policies and processes for the entire life cycle of an employee - recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, leave management, appraisals, discipline, statutory compliances, separation etc.
